As a contribution to this year’s UN World Water Day (22.3.) on the topic of “Water and Energy”, EuroNatur and Riverwatch held a press conference in Belgrade in order to draw attention to the impending destruction of rivers on the Balkan Peninsula. The press conference also served as presentation of the “Save the Blue Heart of Europe” campaign, launched by EuroNatur and Riverwatch in order prevent this destruction from happening.
