Škart for Balkan Rivers

Two playful architects Dragan Protić and Đorđe Balmazović founded Škart in Belgrade, Serbia, as a product of disputes and dialogue between two people, combining various experiences: poetry, graphic design, architecture, performance through social engagement. They join our #ArtistsForBalkanRivers campaign with the serial WATER REMEMBERS as their artistic statement.
