Indir Merdanović for Balkan Rivers

Indir Merdanović is a nature lover and young photographer who lives in Banja Luka, BiH. With his photography, he wants to raise awareness about the beauty of nature and the need to stop destroying it: "As a boy from Una, I always thought that the beauty that surrounds us is a gift from heaven that we must love and cherish, but growing up I realized that it is much more important for people to stop destroying everything beautiful that surrounds us. Therefore, I wholeheartedly join all efforts to prevent villains, and as an artist and photographer I want to contribute to raising awareness among people, and show our beauties of the river, (both large and small), in the world as they are. Free, beautiful, emerald, clean and fresh!"
